Our story follows Zora Soltani, a middle-aged burnout just trying to make ends meet in the ultracapitalist hellscape of Jovian orbit. Her latest job seems too good to be true, but she’s indebted to a notorious pirate queen, so too bad.
Anyway Zora gets saddled with a teenage runaway named Alia who has her own problems and somehow they’ve got to stay one step ahead of the Security Fleet, bounty hunters, one or more Corporate Reclamation Squads, and mercenaries from across the Autonomous Zone.
Also they kidnap a robot. Found family!
